Cancellation Policy

We want you to be sure about your order. If you change your mind, you can cancel it as long as it has not been dispatched.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order at any time before it is handed over to our courier partner. To cancel, write to contact@kurtimuse.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88899 98153 with your order number. Once we confirm the cancellation, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. For orders delivered in India, you can use our Return and Refund Policy or Exchange Policy after you receive the parcel. International orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Refund timeline

Refunds for cancelled orders are started within 2 business days of confirmation. Your bank or payment provider usually takes 5 to 7 business days to show the amount in your account.

Cancellation by Kurtimuse

We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product details, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. In such cases we will inform you and refund the full amount.
