Refund policy

Ready-made items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions: The item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Items that show wear, stains, perfume or damage are not accepted.

How to request: Write to us with your order number, the reason and photos of the item. We confirm within 2 business days and arrange a pickup where the courier offers it; otherwise we ask you to ship it back.

Exchange: You can exchange for another size or style of the same value, subject to stock. If the size is not available, we refund instead.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the item, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Return shipping: If the item is wrong, damaged or defective, we bear the return cost. For size or preference returns, the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Not returnable: custom stitched and made-to-measure orders, because they are made to your measurements; items bought on sale or marked final sale; inner pieces sold as part of a set, if the set has been opened and worn.

Custom stitched orders with a problem: If the outfit has a stitching defect, or does not match the measurements you gave us, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will alter or remake it at no charge.

Cancellation: Ready-made orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. Custom stitched orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering; after that, fabric is cut for your order and it cannot be cancelled.

Colour and print: Colours can look slightly different on screens, and prints vary a little from piece to piece. These are not defects.

International orders: The 7-day return and exchange above applies to orders delivered within India. Orders shipped outside India cannot be returned or exchanged. If an international order arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will refund or replace it.
