Shipping policy

Kurtimuse ships across India and to select international destinations through courier partners.

Processing: Ready-made orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

India delivery time: Most orders arrive 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote pin codes can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

India charges: Shipping is free on all orders within India.

International shipping: We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia and Singapore. A flat shipping charge per order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Customs and duties: International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charge and are payable by the customer.

Custom stitched orders: These are made after you order. We stitch and dispatch within 5 to 7 days, then normal courier time applies.

Tracking: You receive a tracking link by email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

Address and delivery attempts: Please check your address and phone number before paying. If the courier cannot deliver after its attempts and the parcel returns to us, we will contact you; re-shipping is charged.

Damaged or tampered parcels: If the parcel looks opened or damaged, please record an unboxing video and write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
