If the size or fit is not right, you can exchange your Kurtimuse piece within 7 days of delivery. This policy applies to orders delivered in India.
What can be exchanged
You can exchange a piece for a different size of the same style, or for another style of the same or higher value by paying the difference. Exchanges depend on stock. If the piece you want is not available, we will offer a refund under our Return and Refund Policy.
Conditions
The piece must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging. Pieces that show signs of wear, stains, perfume or damage cannot be exchanged. Each order can be exchanged once.
How to request an exchange
Write to contact@kurtimuse.com or WhatsApp +91 88899 98153 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size or style you would like. We will confirm the request and share the return address.
Shipping for exchanges
The cost of sending the piece back to us is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the piece, we dispatch the replacement to you at no extra shipping charge within India.
Damaged or wrong item
If you received a damaged, defective or wrong piece, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
International orders
Exchanges are not available on international orders. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a refund or replacement.
