Payment Policy

All orders on Kurtimuse are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

How to pay

At present we accept payment by UPI or bank transfer. Choose UPI / Bank Transfer at checkout and place your order. Payment details are shown after you order, and you can also scan the QR code on our How to Pay page.

Order confirmation

Please pay within 24 hours and share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp at +91 88899 98153 with your order number. Your order is confirmed and dispatched once we receive the payment. Orders that are not paid within 24 hours may be cancelled.

Online card and wallet payments

Card, net banking and wallet payments through a payment gateway will be added soon.

Pricing and taxes

Prices on the website are shown in Indian Rupees. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price you paid for a confirmed order will not change.

Discount codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed. One code can be used per order, and codes cannot be exchanged for cash. The code KURTIFIRST gives Rs. 100 off and can be used once per customer.

Wrong or duplicate payments

If you paid the wrong amount or paid twice, write to us with your payment reference and we will refund the extra amount.

International orders

International customers may be charged a currency conversion fee by their bank. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer.
