By ordering from Kurtimuse you agree to these terms. Kurtimuse is a proprietorship owned and operated by Sakshi Patidar, 7 A Brijeshwari Main, opp. Radha Rameshwar Regency, Ganesh Dham Road, Bangali Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016.

Orders: An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the payment cannot be verified; you get a full refund in that case.

Prices and GST: Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is added as applicable and shown at checkout before payment. Prices can change without notice, but not for orders already confirmed.

Product images: We try to show products accurately. Some model and lifestyle images are AI-generated illustrations of how a garment looks when worn; the product photos and description show the actual print, length and details. Slight variation in colour and print is normal.

Sizes: Please check the size chart before ordering. For custom orders you are responsible for the measurements you give us.

Custom stitched orders: Any preview shown before ordering is an indication only. The finished garment follows the fabric, design and measurements you selected.

Use of the site: Do not misuse the site, copy its content or images, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability: To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
